* HOW DO I PLACE ORDER

It is very easy to order on artsofindia.net.  Simplay select the items,  add to cart.  No need to make payment now.  Our sales person will contact you and discuss how and when you would like to have delivery.  We have  weekly schedule of our delivery camion  for every area.   Once all done,  we shall raise the invoice and you can make the payment thru bank or credit card.

* HOW CAN I RETURN

Customer satisfaction is one of the primary concern at artsofindia.net.  For any reason,  if the customer does not like the product,  he can return the product.  The procedure is very simple.  To return the product,  just send one e mail  to obtain the RA nr. ( return authorizaion nr.),  Pls send the e mail  to: return@artsofindia.net giving  order nr.

 

Kindly note that you can return any product  within 15 days from receipt of the goods.  In case the return is due to wrong execution of order like wrong product despatch, or wrong size or colour despatch,  than AOI will not only refund the  value of the product,   but also will pay all applicable shipping cost paid on the product you are returning.

In case you receive the ordered merchandise exactly like your order but you do not want to keep,  you still can return.  You have to obrain the RA nr. thru e mail and return the goods at address given in the e mail  reply from  AOI.    All return should be sent duly insured thru primary courier or transport company.  Refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods in good condition.  Refund will not be issued if the product is received damaged or the product has been used and the hang tags has been removed.

* WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE PRODUCT DAMAGED

If you have received a item damaged or some part is missing,  please  notify us within 3 days.  Just take the photo of the damaged product and send it thru e mail.    One of our executive will be in touch with you decide if the damaged product has to be returned,  or we decide to refund you without returning the product.  Since all our shipments are duly insured,  insurance surveyer may visit to varify the damagement.  Once this procedure is complete,  we shall immediately either refund the money you paid for product or we replace you with new one.  In case some part is missing,  AOI will arrange to get you the part within 7 days.

* HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT

There are several way to make the payment of our your purchase.  You can pay on line with credit card or paypal a/c  Should you wish to make the payment thru bank transfer,  just drop a e mail to us,  and we shall provide you bank details to make the transfer.

 

Kindly note that all online payments are 100% safe and secured.  When you make the payment online,  you are taken to secured payment gateway of paypal or CCAvneue which is highest secured payment gateway.

* When I will receive the product once I order.

Once you place the order,  you should receive the product within 1 to 3 weeks depending upon availablity and the shipping time.  Some times, when the demands are more that expectation,  and the product is sold out,  we shall immediately inform you informing you about delivery schedule and if requested,  we refund your money.  However since all our products are hand crafted items and not machine made items,  the customers understand  and allow us some time in case of delay.
